Lakeside Suites Policies

  • The Basics

    • Check In: 3:00 PM (Please plan to arrive after 3:00 PM - We appreciate your cooperation)
    • Check Out: 11:00 AM
    • 2 night minimum stay require for all units (3 nights on holidays)
    • Guests shall be responsible for all nights of their reservation
  • Deposits

    • A deposit equal to 1 night's lodging is required to confirm the reservations
    • Deposits may be made by Check, Visa, or MasterCard and must be received within 7 days from the date the reservation is made
    • Deposits are non-refundable. If a medical emergency should occur during your stay, we can reschedule any remaining days of your stay as our reservations calendar permits
    • Guests shall provide a credit card upon check-in, which shall serve as payment method if rental units or contents are abused
  • Early Check-In

    • Requests made prior to arrival date may be possible at times, for a fee relative to the requested time.
  • Cancellations

    • Cancellations will cause reservation deposit to be forfeited unless reservation is rescheduled during the same year. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of deposit or rent.
  • Pets

      Guests wishing to bring a friendly pet must request pet friendly accommodations when reservation is made. Only one pet per unit is permitted. Any guest that bring a pet without prior authorization will be charged a 25% of total bill as a surcharge.
    • Costs to bring your pet are:
      • $25 per night
      • $50 per 3 days
      • $100 per week
    • 40 pound maximum
    • Your credit card on file may incur charges caused by your pet's visit
    • The following conditions will apply:
      • Pet owners agree to pay for any damages done by their pet
      • Pets that become a nuisance or danger to other guests will be required to leave without any refunds
      • Pets must be on a flea program
      • Pets are NOT allowed on beds, sofas or other furniture
      • We advise guests to crate any pet left alone in a unit, please bring a pet bed or crate
      • Pets are not to roam outside unrestrained
      • Please clean up after your pet.
      • Eddy Bay Resort Lodging assumes no liability for guest's pets
      • Pet owners are totally responsible for pet's behavior
    • Management reserves the right to refuse to accommodate any pet
    • We cannot accommodate cats
  • Smoking

    • All units are non-smoking. There are ashtrays on outside porches. Thank you for your cooperation.
